Vision

To evolve from a biographical memoir processor into a comprehensive "StoryProof" platform for screenwriters, novelists, and creators—providing AI-augmented authoring, visual proofing, and verifiable IP provenance.

Phase 1: Foundation & Memoirs (Current - 2026)

Target: Scale the biography use case and solidify core infrastructure.

  • Multi-Site Production Stability: Completion of the 3-site AWS deployment (Bio, Stories, Memoirs).
  • AI Illustration Engine: Integration of Task #19 for scene moodboards and concept art.
  • Expanded Language Support: Rollout of Spanish and German (AI-translated) with human-in-the-loop verification.
  • Audiobook Generation: Implementing TTS (ElevenLabs/OpenAI) for all 7 memoir parts.
  • White-Label Template: Modularizing the biography stack for external creators (Task #15).

Phase 2: The StoryProof Expansion (Q4 2026 - 2027)

Target: Transitioning to a professional screenwriter/creator platform.

  • StoryProof Beta: Launching private workspaces for screenwriters and playwrights.
  • Marp-to-Pitch Engine: Converting structured Markdown scripts directly into professional film/TV pitch decks.
  • IP Provenance (Task #34): Implementing Git-signed S3 JSON-LD manifests for verifiable prior-art timestamping.
  • Collaborative Workspaces: Cognito-gated team access for co-authors and literary agents.
  • Scene Breakdown Agent: Automated extraction of character sheets, locations, and props from scripts.

Phase 3: AI Agent Orchestration & Shared-Cost Model (2028+)

Target: Enterprise-grade scaling via multi-agent ecosystems.

  • Agent Catalog: Productizing individual agents (TranslateAgent, PitchDeckAgent, TimestampAgent) for third-party API consumption.
  • Shared-Cost Infrastructure: Implementing a pooled compute/API model to provide users with enterprise-grade AI (OpenAI/Replicate) at 30-60% retail discount.
  • Integration Marketplace: Allowing developers to share and monetize custom agents built on the StoryProof framework.
  • Provenance API: Offering white-label "Proof of Concept" portals for production studios.

Strategic Goals

  1. MRR Target: Scale from $15k/mo (Memoirs) to $100k/mo+ (Platform/SaaS).
  2. Exit Strategy: Positioning for strategic acquisition ($10M+ valuation) by Ancestry, Final Draft, or ElevenLabs once IP provenance and agent scaling are proven.
